Bring in the New Year with power, passion & purpose! Join us at the magnificent Villa Sumaya on Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. Surrounded by volcanoes on this mystical land of the ancient Mayans, we will share women's mysteries, healing, inspiration & laughter in sacred circle. Using daily Yoga & Meditation practice, Clarity Breathwork Sessions, Creative Movement & Arts, and hands-on healing, we will embody more of the Goddess we are and move towards Passionate & Creative Liberation.

Clarity Breathwork Group Sessions: Ashanna brings 15 years of experience with the profound practice of Clarity Breathwork — an accelerated path of clearing and releasing what we no longer need so we can open to who we are now. Clarity Breathwork is a gentle practice designed to help us anchor more full into ourselves, clear away the blocks and obstacles, forgive and release the past and past patterns. The breath is also a bridge to our Spirit/Higher Self/Soul, we use the breath to discover our deeper presence, essence and purpose. Ashanna also brings many years of movement and performance arts to our week together.
Yoga & Art Therapy: Adya brings a unique approach to her gentle and deeply empowering yoga practice. Many experience states of deep stillness, emotional release, and healing of body issues. Adya embodies a wonderful grace of the Sacred Feminine and empowers each woman to begin or deepen her personal daily yoga practice. Adya has also trained in Art Therapy and will be supporting us in creating works of art to explore our inner landscapes as well as to manifest and call forth the most embodied 2009.
Biodynamic Cranial Touch with Deidre Sommers: The expression of dynamic health, wholeness and connection is the invitation in this sacred form of touch. Biodynamic cranial enhances the Breath of Life, a creative intelligence that moves within each of us and within the universe as a whole. We will explore the art of deep listening to the subtle rhythms of the body, allowing our hearts to be organs of perception. This work nurtures the direct experience of ones inner core of being through the transmutation of any egoic veils of separation. We will explore non-invasive touch as an intimate path and practice of aligning with our destiny; embodying our true nature and allowing any old patterns of limitation to gently dissolve. Through group hands on guided practices and meditations. Deidre will also available for private sessions.
There will also be time to rest, relax and explore the wonderful area we will be staying in!
This retreat will be held at the stunning Villa Sumaya, right on the shores of Lake Atitlan, called by Aldous Huxley, "the most beautiful lake in the world." Ringed by three volcanos, Lake Atitlan is in the heart of the Guatemalan highlands "where earth meets the sky" and the stars literally tumble to the horizon.
Retreat Includes: 6 nights, 7 days lodging. 3 gourmet vegetarian meals/day, meat or fish at extra cost. Hot tub/sauna evening. Mayan craft exhibitions & Mayan Shamanic blessing.
Cost: Shared lodging $1450 early 11/15, $1550 after. Private room: $1650 early 11/15, $1750 thereafter. Special rates for off site lodging.

Travel & Retreat Center Information:
You will be flying into Guatemala City (La Aurora Airport) and to get to the mystic area of the Lake there is a 3 hour journey thru the rural mountain districts and then a 10 minute boat ride across the Lake.
Villa Sumaya is in the small town of Santa Cruz, where we still can find pueblos and indigenous people speaking their ancient language Cakchiquel. For more information on Villa Sumaya check their website: www.villasumaya.com.
Ashanna Solaris has been involved in the healing arts for the past 20 years supporting the process of transformation, healing and creative expression in numerous groups and individuals. She is a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer, Reiki Master, Teacher of the Awakening Your Light Body Training, Hypnotherapist and Intuitive Counselor. Adya Conte has embraced the path of healing through several different forms. For the past 8 years, blending various styles, she has been sharing a form of yoga that links movement to breath, brings awareness to alignment and subtle lines of energy, and invites one into the stillness and silence that lies beneath the surface. She has enriched this sharing through the study of a yoga based form of Ayurvedic massage, Reiki, and Art Therapy. Deidre Sommers was raised within a Sufi community and by a family of healers. From a very early age, she discovered the power of love and our innate capacity to heal and awaken to our true nature. Deidre is the founder of Alchemy of the Heart, a sanctuary for conscious evolution in Calistoga, CA. Deidre's passion in life is being a midwife to the awakening and embodiment of our human potential. She is a certified teacher of Biodynamic Cranial Touch through the Dynamic Stillness School www.dynamicstillness.com. She is also a certified massage therapist, and a practitioner of many integrative and holistic healing art forms.
